How to Enjoy the "Charlie" Way
For the ultimate experience, we recommend baking your pucks at 420 °F (215°C) on a parchment-lined heavy baking sheet for 11 minutes, then rest for 1 minute in the hot tray, then move to a cooling rack for the final resting period.

Baking Instructions

A deeply decadent cookie is only minutes away—no mess, no fuss, and no thawing required.

1.  Preheat your oven to 420 F 215 C.
2.  Place frozen pucks 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3.  Bake for 11–14 minutes.
4.  Remove when the edges are set and matte, but the center still looks slightly soft and glossy. Let cool on the hot sheet for 2 minutes to allow the center to condense into its signature fudgy texture. Cool for additional 10 minutes on cooling rack.
