1. General Subscription & Membership
Q: What is The Chestnut Baker's Club?
A: It is our recurring delivery service that ensures you always have a supply of our premium, frozen cookie dough pucks in your freezer. Subscribers receive a guaranteed 10% discount on every recurring order and gain priority access to limited-edition flavors.
Q: Is there a commitment or minimum order requirement?
A: No. We offer total flexibility. There are no contracts or minimum term commitments. You can easily skip a month, pause your subscription, change flavors, or cancel anytime directly through your online customer dashboard.
Q: How often will I receive my dough?
A: You choose your preferred frequency when signing up:
Monthly (Every 4 Weeks): Ideal for regular bakers and families.
Bimonthly (Every 8 Weeks): Perfect for stocking up or smaller households.
2. Billing & Pricing
Q: When will I be billed?
A: You will be billed on the same date your subscription was started, according to your chosen frequency (every 4 or 8 weeks). You will receive an email notification 3 days before your card is charged for your upcoming order.
Q: How much do I save with a subscription?
A: All subscription orders automatically receive 10% off the standard retail price of the cookie dough boxes.
Q: Can I use other discount codes on my recurring order?
A: No. The 10% subscriber discount is the best value we offer and cannot be stacked with other promotional codes. However, you can use one-time discount codes on any non-subscription items purchased separately.
3. Managing Your Orders & Flavors
Q: How do I change my flavors for the next delivery?
A: You can manage your flavors in your Baker's Club Dashboard. We will also send you a reminder email approximately 10 days before your next ship date. You can swap out flavors, including opting for the current seasonal exclusive, up until the cut-off (48 hours before shipping).
Q: How do I skip or pause a delivery?
A: Log in to your Baker's Club Dashboard. Under your active subscription details, you can select "Skip Shipment" to bypass the next scheduled delivery and charge, or select "Pause Subscription" to temporarily halt all future deliveries until you reactivate it.
Q: When is the deadline for making changes?
A: All changes (swaps, skips, address updates, or cancellations) must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled ship date. After this cut-off, your order is locked in for cold-chain fulfillment.
4. Shipping & Guarantee
Q: Does the Freeze-Proof Guarantee apply to subscription orders?
A: Absolutely. Our Freeze-Proof Guarantee covers all subscription shipments. If your dough arrives thawed or compromised due to shipping failure, we will either refund the cost or issue a complimentary reshipment. (See our full Shipping Policy for details).
Q: What if I move?
A: You can update your shipping address in your Baker's Club Dashboard. Please ensure you update your address before the 48-hour cut-off for your next scheduled shipment.
