Shipping Policy Integration: These Terms incorporate by reference our full Shipping Policy and Freeze-Proof Guarantee.
Recipient Responsibility: You acknowledge that our products are perishable and require prompt attention upon delivery. As detailed in our guarantee, you are responsible for ensuring the order is brought indoors and placed into a freezer within 1 hour of delivery notification.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the courier. Our Freeze-Proof Guarantee is the sole remedy for products that arrive thawed or damaged due to transit issues.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content on this Site, including the Charlie Chestnut Bakehouse name, logos, text, graphics, photographic images (of dough, cookies, and ingredients), recipes, and unique ingredient descriptions (e.g., The Chestnut Difference), are the property of Charlie Chestnut Bakehouse Corp. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from CCB.

Allergen Risk: You acknowledge and accept the Allergen Statement published on this Site and on our packaging. You are responsible for consulting the ingredient list and allergen warnings prior to purchase and consumption.

Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Charlie Chestnut Bakehouse Corp., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site, beyond the terms of the Freeze-Proof Guarantee.
