Shipping-Things That You Should Know

We're all about getting your order to you quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Charlie Chestnut Bakehouse:

Processing Times

We ship orders fast usually the same day or the next business day (Monday to Friday). Our shipping is closed on weekends, so any orders placed then will go out the following Monday. Orders placed before10:00 AM EDT will be delivered before 8PM the same day while orders placed after 10:00 AM will be shipped/delivered the next business day. For efficiency and environmental efforts, we will bundle deliveries. 

Carriers & Delivery Times

We work with multiple carriers to get you the best shipping options, however we default to Rover whenever possible for our same day and next day service.
Delivery time depends on where you're located and what shipping method you choose.
Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. boxes…please use a physical address.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Limitations

We currently only same-day and next day ship to most locations in Ontario and Quebec. We are working hard to expand next day deliveries to the rest of Canada. Two-day delivery to most of Canada is available, using heavy duty thermal liners and slab dry ice. 
Remote locations may not qualify for free shipping or might not be eligible for delivery at all... we will let you know if that's the case.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Things happen… if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us at shipping@charliechestnutbakehouse.ca. We handle these situations on a case by case and we will do our best to make it right. For more information, please consult our policies.

Returns & Shipping Costs

We don't offer refunds on shipping fees, even if there's a delay.

•    Orders over $99.00 CAD: Enjoy FREE shipping within most of Ontario and select parts of Quebec.
•    Other Canadian Destinations: Orders over $99.00 qualify for our discounted shipping rates.
