All of our products contain one or more of the following major food allergens:

Wheat (Gluten)
Eggs
Milk (Dairy Products)
Tree Nuts (Chestnuts)
Peanuts

Note on Nuts/Peanuts: The term "Nuts" is sometimes used broadly. This product specifically contains Chestnuts (a type of Tree Nut) and may contain peanuts. This product is manufactured in a facility that may also process Peanuts and other Tree Nuts.

Mandatory Consumer Warning

DO NOT CONSUME RAW DOUGH. This product contains raw wheat flour and raw eggs and must be baked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160 F (71 C) before consumption to eliminate potential biological hazards.

Charlie Chestnut Bakehouse uses peanuts in our baking and dough production Bakehouse.

1.  Clarity: We specifically list the component allergens (e.g. Milk for Dairy and Chestnuts for Tree Nuts) as required by the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR).
