Storage & Shelf Life: Maximizing Freshness
1. Immediate Action Upon Delivery
FREEZE IMMEDIATELY: Upon receiving your delivery, unpack the insulated box and immediately transfer the dough pucks to your freezer. The dough is designed to be stored frozen until you are ready to bake.
Keep Sealed: Store the dough in its original, sealed bag or container to protect it from freezer burn and maintain freshness.
2. Shelf-Life Guidelines
Our dough is flash-frozen at peak freshness, locking in all the artisan flavor and moisture.
Frozen Storage: 0 F / -18 C: The dough maintains optimum quality and flavor for up to 12 months from the batch date when stored continuously in a standard freezer.
Refrigerated Storage (Temporary Only): If the dough thaws, it should be used promptly. Do not store the dough in the refrigerator for more than 3 days before baking or refreezing. Note: For the best results, we highly recommend baking directly from the freezer.

Food Safety Reminder
DO NOT EAT RAW: Our dough contains raw ingredients (flour and eggs). For safety, always bake the pucks until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160 F 71.
