Zero-Risk Shipping Guarantee: We use Express same -day and 1-2 Day Courier and specialized insulation (dry ice/gel packs) to manage temperature risk. If your product arrives completely thawed, spoiled, or warm to the touch, do not consume it.
Action: Simply photograph the product and the packaging and email us at shipping@charliechestnutbakehouse.ca within 24 hours of delivery. We will process and ship a brand-new order immediately, free of charge, because the fault is ours. You don't need to return the spoiled goods.
Easy Baking Success: If your first attempt at baking our frozen dough does not meet your expectations despite following the instructions, please contact us. We'll personally troubleshoot the process with you and may send a complimentary replacement pack if needed, ensuring your first Charlie Chestnut bake is a success.
